Power - Gaining knowledge to load and explode though the swing with maximum efficiency .

Stability – The ability to control the body during the golf swing

Velocity - Distance is directly correlated to the velocity of the club head through impact

Balance –the ability to maintain balance throughout the entire golf swing is key to keep a solid foundation to the ground

Why strength training is important for golfers:

 It does not matter your age, skill level or athleticism. Strength training optimizes your body for golf by increasing mobility, consistency, and distance on the golf course but more importantly it can help prevent injury. 

How often should you workout?

Golfers should aim for 3-5 times a week. Together with practice, golfers should see improvements in their game in 2-3 weeks. 

Why Roosie Fitness?

 Roosie Fitness offers a one-of-a-kind experience where you can workout right outside your house, office, or golf course (with their permission, of course!). Coach Andrew has a lifetime of experience as a golfer and decades of training knowledge. 

How do we get started?

We will run you through the TPI assessment to learn everything about how your body moves. We will learn what might be lacking that will give us a starting point to help enhance your game which can additionally compliment your quality of life.
