Roosie HQ is in Round Rock, TX but we service all of Austin, TX, and the surrounding areas.
Class is an hour long that includes a thorough warm-up, a strength-focused segment, and then a cardiovascular segment. We will always end the class with cooling down and stretching to relax any tense muscles.
We recommend 2-3 times a week for best results but we can definitely discuss this 1 on 1!
Absolutely not. It’s a shame this is even a common question! We welcome anyone with any background and fitness level.
